The first discussion sessions were held in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, College of Engineering, University of Al Nahrain, on Thursday, January 28, 2025, to discuss and evaluate the research projects of MSC students in the two research orientations (Thermal Power and Applied Mechanics) in the department for the academic year 2024/2025. The students provided detailed explanations to the discussion committees about the progress of their assigned projects and the percentage of completion for each project. A valuable discussion took place between the committee members (from the department's faculty) and the students, aiming to help overcome the difficulties they face in their work and to enhance the progress of their projects.
