The students of the first year of the academic year 2023-2024 started  on Sunday, 11th, Dec. 2023, in the Department of Laser Engineering and Optoelectronics. The head of the department, Assistant Professor Dr. Ahmed Riyadh, the department rapporteur, Assistant Professor Dr. Fatima Hamid Rajab, and the teaching staff welcomed the new students, and they were given an overview about the department and the nature of the academic subjects. They were also taken to the classrooms and laboratories of the department as a guided tour, wishing them success.
