It was conducted at nine o’clock in the morning on Sunday, 9/10/2023, in the Council Hall of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, the discussion of the master’s student in the Civil Engineering Department (Marwa Abdel Nasser Ismail) in her thesis tagged:

  “Strengthening and Repairing of Damaged Reinforced concrete Beams using Textile carbon Fiber”

The discussion committee was headed by Assistant Professor Dr. Nibras Nizar Abdel Hamid / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriya University and membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Abdul Khaleq Jabbar Abdul Redha / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University and the lecturer Dr. Ahmed Abdel Hafez Mustafa / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University. The dissertation was completed. Under the supervision of Professor Dr. Ibrahim Salim Ibrahim from the Department of Civil Engineering / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The thesis was evaluated scientifically by the first scientific evaluator (Prof. Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Aliwi) / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology and the second scientific evaluator (Assistant Prof. Dr. Muhammad Muhammad Rashid Kamel / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriya University) and linguistically by (Assistant Professor Dr. Zeina Riad Saleh / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University) where the thesis was accepted because it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a master’s degree.
