The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has announced the official timeline for admission and commencement of studies for applicants to postgraduate programs (Higher Diploma, Master's, and PhD) for the academic year 2025/2026, as follows:

Preliminary Admission Announcement:
10 July 2025

Submission of Appeals:
13 July 2025

Final Admission Announcement:
24 July 2025

Issuance of the University Admission Order:
12 August 2025

Commencement of Studies:
1 September 2025

What is the difference between preliminary and final admission?

Preliminary Admission:
Announced after the competitive exam results are released. Admission is based on passing the competitive exam, followed by selection according to the highest differential score (final calculated grade).

Final Admission:
Announced after reviewing appeals and conducting the seat rotation process, which allows successful applicants to shift from the general admission track to the special admission track if vacancies are available in the latter.
