On Monday, June 30, 2025, the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University began conducting competitive examinations for students applying for postgraduate studies, including doctoral studies in civil engineering and master's degrees in construction engineering, geotechnical engineering, and highway and transportation engineering in the Civil Engineering Department for the 2025-2026 academic year. The competitive examinations began with the participation of 24 students competing for doctoral positions in civil engineering, 15 students competing for master's positions in construction engineering, two students competing for master's positions in geotechnical engineering, and six students competing for master's positions in highway and transportation engineering. The students were interviewed after taking the competitive examination at the Head of the Civil Engineering Department, as part of the procedures followed for this purpose and in accordance with the admission and application regulations for the 2025-2026 academic year.
