Three fourth-year Civil Engineering students won first place among the participating projects in civil engineering department, at the Career and Graduation Projects Fair, held at the College of Engineering on Sunday, May 25, 2025.

The students' graduation research project, titled

"Using Micro-PAVER program and GIS for Airport pavement maintenance system,"

was awarded to: Mustafa Maan Ali, Kamal El-Din Saad Yousef, and Mohammed Majed Saadi Under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Asmaa Thamer Ibrahim. This achievement demonstrates the solidity of the scientific educational process in the Civil Engineering Department and reflects the department's students' commitment to participating in academic forums to enhance the department's reputation and solid academic standing.
