At 9:00 am on Sunday, 22/6/2025, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a M.Sc. student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Tamara Alaa Khalaf) in her thesis tagged:

“BEHAVIOR OF DAMAGED LIGHTWEIGHT REINFORCED CONCRETE WIDE BEAMS WITH NEAR SURFACE MOUNTED GFRP BARS UNDER MONOTONIC AND REPEATED LOADINGS ”

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Hanadi Fadhel Naji / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, and the membership of Asst. Prof. Dr. Dhiaa Mustafa Dheeban / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, and the membership of Lecturer Dr. Ahmed AbdulHafidh Mustafa / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University.

The thesis was completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Saleem Ibrahim / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University.

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Asst. Prof.  Dr.  Arshad Nadhim Muhammed Ali) / College of Engineering / Al-Mustansiriyah University) and the second scientific reviewer (Asst. Prof. Dr. Muhammed Ahmed Elaiwi / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology) and linguistically by (Lecturer Dr. Ahmaed Farhan Muwaiz / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the thesis was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a M.Sc. degree.
