On Sunday, May 25, 2025, Professor Ali Hussein Mohammed, Head of the Drone Engineering Department at the College of Engineering at Al-Nahrain University, met with faculty members to review the progress of the educational process in the department and the work assigned to faculty members within the department. The meeting included discussions on the following topics:

1. Learning Outcomes (GOs)

The Head of the Department directed the completion of all matters related to the learning outcomes (GOs) for the courses for the first semester of the 2024/2025 academic year and submitting them to the relevant committee in the department as soon as possible.

2. With the end of the second semester approaching, the Head of the Department directed the need to raise the formative assessment scores and monthly exam scores for students on the system for both morning and evening studies, and to confirm student attendance for the past weeks.

3. Discuss all matters related to the achievement of the learning outcomes (GOs) for the courses for the second semester of the 2024/2025 academic year, provided that It will be completed before the end of the second semester's classes to complete the calculations for the outcomes before the end of June 2025.

4. The Head of the Department directed that the requirements for the curriculum portfolio for the first and second semesters of the 2024/2025 academic year be completed and submitted to the relevant department committee no later than next Thursday, May 29, 2025.

5. The next meeting of the department's faculty members will be held next Sunday, June 1, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., in the Department Head Office, in the presence of the Head of the Department, to discuss how to calculate the learning outcomes (GOs) for the courses.
