At 9:00 am on Monday, 28/4/2025, in the council room of the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, a discussion was held for a Ph.D. student in the Department of Civil Engineering (Rana Talib Hassan) in her dissertation tagged:

“Shear and Flexural Behavior of Zero-Cement Reinforced Concrete Beams under Monotonic and Cyclic Loading”

The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. Saad Khalaf Muhaisen / College of Engineering / Al-Mustanseriya University, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Saleem Ibrahim / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Ihsan Ali Saib Al-Shaarbaf / Al-Esraa University College, and the membership of Assistant Professor Dr. Mustafa Kamal Mahmoud / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University, and Assistant Professor Dr. Zena Riyadh Salih / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University.

The dissertation was completed under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Musaab Ayed Qessab from the Civil Engineering Department / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University

The dissertation was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific reviewer (Prof.  Dr. Amer Farooq Ezzat) / College of Engineering / University of Baghdad and the second scientific reviewer (Prof. Dr. Nessrin Salih Muhammed  / Department of Civil Engineering / University of Technology) and linguistically by (Lecturer Dr. Ahmaed Farhan Muwaiz / College of Engineering / Al-Nahrain University), where the dissertation was accepted as it fulfilled the requirements for obtaining a Ph.D. degree.
