Lecturer Dr. Sohaib Jawad Kadhim from the  Department of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle, College of Engineering, University of Nahrain, participated in the Security and Defense Conference, which was held from 19-22/4/2025 as part of the Security, Defense and Military Industries Exhibition (IQDEX13), in Baghdad under the patronage of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces. This visit comes within the framework of the Drone Engineering Department's efforts to keep pace with modern global scientific and technological developments in this field. The exhibition was widely attended by a number of governmental and academic institutions, as well as security and defense entities in Iraq and abroad. The exhibition showcased the latest technological advances in the field of drones, systems, navigation and guidance devices for drones, and command networks. It also featured a display of advanced equipment and technologies presented by participating companies from both inside and outside Iraq.
