Within the scientific activities of the Department of Computer Engineering in achieving sustainable development goals

The department conducted a scientific visit on Tuesday, April 22, 2025, to the Scientific Research Authority/Information and Communications Technology Research Center for first-year students in the department, under the supervision of

a number of department instructors. The students learned about the department's data center, which contains several servers and applications that provide various services to the department's departments and the authority.

The students also visited the Cisco and International Computer Driving License (ICDL) exam centers.

They also learned about the workflow of the database systems used by the authority, including an example of the human resources and financial systems.
