On Monday, April 14, 2025, the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Robotics at the College of Engineering – Al-Nahrain University organized a scientific visit for first-year students (both morning and evening classes) to the Space Research and Technology Center and the Information and Communication Technology Research Center affiliated with the Scientific Research Authority.

The visit aimed to introduce students to advanced scientific equipment and modern technologies available at these centers, thereby enhancing the practical aspects that complement theoretical curricula. It also sought to broaden the students’ academic horizons and connect their knowledge with real-world scientific and technological research in the fields of artificial intelligence and advanced technology.

A group of faculty members from the department accompanied the students, as part of the department’s ongoing efforts to foster a comprehensive educational environment that integrates theoretical learning with hands-on experience.
