The Department of Architecture at the University of the
Rivers held a scientific lecture on Tuesday 8 / 4 /2025 at eleven to a quarter in the morning with Professor Juliet Davies, President of the Faculty of Architecture / University of Cardiff / and a researcher at the University of Cambridge / United Kingdom, in which she spoke "The patron city, the ethics of urban design"
Professor Juliet Davies, after completing her lecture to our department directly, publishes an article on her official academic website as President of the Faculty of Architecture / Cardiff University / the largest architecture school in Wales / United Kingdom (British), in which she has gratitude and appreciation for the Department of Architecture / Rivers University and featured in her article:
(I had the honor to be invited by the academic professors based on the Department of Architecture/ Nahrin University in Baghdad this morning to discuss my book (The Sponsor City ..) Urban design ethics), communication was to help each other progress and evolve with colleagues in various places through digital communication platforms (cameras and microphones) to find each other together in one space.
Thoroughly enjoyed the questions and insightful discussions.. We are looking forward to interaction and cooperation between our schools (Cardiff and Nahrin Building) and to get to know more specialties and interests)
