Under the Supervision of the Esteemed Head of the Architecture Engineering Department A master’s thesis defense was held in the halls of the Architecture Engineering Department for the master’s student Zahraa Mustafa Abbas Mousa, discussing her thesis titled: “Sustainable Architectural Education in the Digital Age” The dissertation explored the concept of sustainable architectural education in the digital age, focusing specifically on Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology and its potential to assist students in making sustainable decisions. It investigated the extent to which this technology is integrated into architectural education curricula in Iraq and aimed to develop a conceptual model for evaluating the impact of BIM technology on environmentally sustainable building development. Additionally, the study proposed a methodological framework for integrating BIM into the curriculum of the Architecture Engineering Department.
