 for the student Inas Bassem Meri in the Department of Architecture at Al -Nahrain University, on Thursday, January 23, 2025. 

 The discussion committee was chaired by Prof. Dr. (Muhammed Qasim Abdel Ghafoor) from the Department of Architecture at Al -Nahrain University, and the membership of the assistant professor Dr. (Dheah Hameed Basee) from the Department of Architecture Engineering at Al -Nahrain University, and Prof. Dr. (Kadhim Faris Fares Dhumad) from the Department of Architecture at Baghdad University, under the supervision of Professor Dr. (Shaimaa Hameed Hussein) from the Department of Architecture Engineering at Al -Nahrain University.

The thesis was scientifically evaluated by the first scientific position (Prof. Ashwaq Fadel Makhiber) from the Department of Architecture Engineering at Al -Mustansiriya University, and the second scientific standing (Prof. Dr. Zahraa Imad Hussein) from the Urban and Regional Planning Center at the University of Baghdad and linguistic by (Prof. Dr. Maladh Natiq Alwan) at the University of Al -Nahrain.

The research dealt with how to develop a local conceptual framework for social housing while linking the approach to inclusion through a systematic program because it is one of the ways through which it can meet the growing total needs of housing, as it addresses two issues in that one limits poverty and excluding from housing and then determining the relationship of totalitarian social housing to sustainable development and sustainable housing development in particular and distinguishing it from sustainable housing in general to come out with the general structural framework of the strategy Providing sustainable social housing with a proactive and comprehensive response approach and testing the extent of realization of indicators And testing the extent to which the indicators of the first line of that strategy are achieved through the qualitative comparative analysis of two local residential residents executed by the Housing Department (Alhay complex, the Kess and Sweilem complex), which can be counted by social housing projects according to (five levels) with quantitative statistical methods, effective testing, and the degree of the importance of those indicators locally through a intended questionnaire of a sample of experts to come out with a local social housing strategy Sustainable.
