Under the direction of the esteemed Dean of the College of Engineering and under the supervision of Assistant Professor Dr. Zuhair Khader Allawi, Head of the Department of Civil Engineering, and within a series of various scientific field visits adopted by the college, a scientific visit to (Hawraa Baghdad Residential Complexes) was launched on Thursday morning, 20/2/2025, from the College of Engineering / Department of Civil Engineering, in a step to enhance the practical aspect of students with theoretical study materials. It was carried out by a group of lecturers and students in the College of Engineering. The visiting delegation met with representatives of the implementing company, Israr Real Estate Investment and Development Company, who interacted with the visiting delegation by providing detailed information about the latest technologies and engineering practices in the actual work environment. A comprehensive scientific explanation was provided by the professors of the Department of Civil Engineering accompanying the students on the visit. The scientific visit came in accordance with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to enhance cooperation with other community institutions in a way that serves the interest of the country and enhances the development aspect in it, especially since the fourth-stage students in the Department of Civil Engineering are part of Iraq's hope for construction and urban development.
