The Department of Biomedical Engineering Organizes a Scientific Visit

Under the guidance of Professor Dr. Juma Salman Jiyad, the esteemed Dean of the College of Engineering, the Department of Biomedical Engineering organized a scientific visit accompanied by a group of faculty members, including Assistant Professor Dr. Hadeel Qasim Wadi, Dr. Mona Mustafa Kareem, Dr. Hussein Abdul-Jaber, Dr. Basma Abdul-Sahib Fayhan, Lecturer Faten Imad Ali, and Assistant Lecturer Arkan Saad Mohammed Raouf, along with a group of master’s students, to the Research Center at the College of Medicine – Al-Nahrain University.

The visit aimed to enhance scientific collaboration and expand knowledge by exploring the medical devices available at the center, including the Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) machine and the Spiral CT scanner. The visit also focused on discussing ways to integrate theoretical and practical aspects of advanced studies to develop students' engineering skills and facilitate access to state-of-the-art equipment for postgraduate students in their practical research.
