In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, the College of Engineering participated, in the presence of the Dean, Professor Dr. Juma Salman Jiyad, in the central celebration organized by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, on the occasion of the National Day of the Holy Quran, in Al-Hakim Hall at the University of Baghdad on Sunday morning, corresponding to (February 2, 2025). On the sidelines of the celebration, the student (Abu Bakr Saad Adel Al-Bayati) / Department of Civil Engineering was honored by His Excellency the Minister with a certificate of appreciation.The Dean explained that the Holy Quran is the miracle with which God Almighty supported His Noble Messenger Muhammad (PBUH), and made it a beacon for all of humanity, and this celebration is a beacon and a method to be emulated, and the College of Engineering / University of Nahrain has been keen to organize competitions for memorizing and reading the Holy Quran.
