The Department of Biomedical Engineering at Al-Nahrain University organized a scientific workshop titled:
"Engineering National Accreditation Standards for the Biomedical Engineering Department."

The workshop was delivered by Dr. Hussein Abdul Jaber, a faculty member of the Biomedical Engineering Department, College of Engineering, on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, in the department council hall.

The workshop included a detailed explanation of accreditation standards, active discussions, and constructive debates aimed at understanding the concept of program accreditation, exploring its details, and outlining the necessary steps for its implementation across the department’s five academic levels.

The event was attended by the esteemed Head of the Biomedical Engineering Department, along with several faculty members, lecturers, and staff of the department.
