Scientific Visit to the Materials Research Center - Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering

The Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering organized a scientific field trip to the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, specifically to the Scientific Research Authority – Centre for Industrial Research Applications and Materials Technology. A delegation of faculty members and fourth-year students visited the centre to connect theoretical knowledge with practical laboratory applications.

The visit included an overview of the latest specialized equipment in materials science and nanotechnology laboratories. Participants were introduced to key applications in material testing and analysis, starting from sample preparation, selecting appropriate testing devices, and analysing the results. This experience provided valuable insights into modern methods of materials examination and advanced technological applications.
