Seminar on "Cyber Extortion" - Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering

Under the sponsorship of Prof. Jumaa Salman Jiyad, Dean of the College of Engineering, and under the direct supervision of Prof. Ayad Murad Takhakh, Head of the Department of Prosthetics and Orthotics Engineering, in collaboration with the Psychological Counselling and Educational Guidance Unit, organized a specialized seminar titled:"Cyber Extortion." The seminar took place on Monday, November 25, 2024, in the Dijla Hall at the College of Engineering. This event aimed to raise awareness and provide expert insights into the challenges and risks associated with cyber extortion.

The session featured lectures by:

·         Bahar Salah Hassan, Community Police Department, Al-Salihiya Station.

·         Dr. Rami Sameh Zaki, University of Baghdad.

·         Engineer Ali Mohammed Hassan, Dijla University, Cybersecurity Engineering.
